Large double room in colourful west end flat

Hi! I’m advertising this room as my flatmates will be moving out in the middle of December and I would like to stay in the flat. The communal areas of the flat are fully furnished and decorated really nicely. We have lots of trinkets and plants to make it feel like home.
The bedroom is a good size and has been used by a couple so far and they had lots of space. There is a built in wardrobe and a double bed. If wanted, there is a desk available to buy for £50. The room is North facing so is bright in the summer mornings.
The living room is large, bright and cosy! We have a massive tv and lots of storage! I work from home so have a desk in the living room. There is also a spare bed that pulls down from the wall which is helpful for when guests come to stay!
The bathroom has a nice rainfall shower over the bath and has room for storage.
The kitchen was newly renovated when I moved in 6 months ago. It is bright and warm, and is my favourite room in the flat! There is an electric stove with a double oven. There is a washing machine and small dishwasher. There is a built-in fridge/freezer which has had enough space for 2/3 people. I spend lots of my time on the window seat!
The flat is looking onto woodlands road so it is well connected to most areas, with a 2 min walk to Kelvingbridge subway station.
Council tax will be ~£130 a month plus bills of roughly £30-40 (not sure how this will change in the next few months).
I am a young professional working at an environmental consultancy. I normally go to exercise classes in the evening or see friends. I like my own space but keen for chats/walks/cooking together. I try to keep the flat tidy but not too strict. Looking for someone that either keeps to themselves or someone to become friends with/chill with 😊
I've lived with couples for the last 3 years and it works well. I am ideally looking for a couple to split the bills 3 ways, and the rent 60/40. The rent would therefore be £840 between the two.
Deposit to be discussed. Total is 1.5 months of rent (£2100) but will need divided based on number of tenants.
