NOTE: Building has one main door, then you go upto the 3rd floor and you have the rooms to out apartment space --NO Separate door for our apartment. But we have doors for the rooms.

- major bustops within 5-7 mins walk
- loads of pubs/cafes/restaurants

About the current flatmates:
1. Me, Anir
30-year-old male of Indian origin, working full-time for an energy regulator. I’d consider myself laid-back, responsible, respectful to others, organized, neat, and tidy. Most of the time, you’ll find me in my room watching something, reading, or playing chess. That said, I enjoy socializing and having a drink or two. I love cooking, working out, and going for runs.

2. Rohan
26-year-old male of Indian origin, working full-time for Lloyds Group. He’s very chill and tends to keep to himself, but he’s a great laugh when we all sit together for chats, gossip, or drinks. He’s a coffee enthusiast, always on the hunt for a good café. He also enjoys cooking and baking, and is very respectful to others.

Prefference for the third flatmate:
- Ideally within the range 25-35 but not strict
- Professionals or PhD students preferred
- someone who is tidy, orgainised and clean
- respectful to other flatmates

-> you meet him and us and ideally on the same day view the place/room
->He signs a contract with you
-> you pay two months rent upfront-*NO DEPOSIT*: So what it means is, if your lease start from 1st Dec and you pay the rent for Dec and Jan, so the next rent you will be is on Feb, mar, apr...so on.
-> you move in on 1st Dec
