1 fully furnished double bedroom available to rent in a beautiful residential area of the west end.

I am currently working and living away from Glasgow and renting 2 rooms out in my 3 bed top-floor bright and spacious flat. One room is rented by a close friend who has lived there for the past few years. My other flatmate is moving back to Australia having also lived happily in the flat for the past 2 years hence the room becoming available.

Along with 3 double bedrooms, the flat has a shared kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom with full sized bath and hall with breakfast bar. Included in rent is also access to beautiful large private gardens. On street parking is available through Glasgow City Council.

The flat is a short walk to the botanics and is very well connected via Hillhead subway station. There are loads of shops/ restaurants/ cafes within a few minutes walk.

We are looking for a respectful, tidy, non-smoker who is not too rowdy! We have lovely downstairs neighbours who we have a good relationship with. We love going out and socialising, eating, wine nights etc and sport but also like to keep the flat clean, cosy and comfortable and looking for someone who values similar things.

Rent is £700 a month not including bills (council tax, internet, energy - around £170 per month).
