Double ensuite room available by the Clyde

Looking for someone to take over my flatmate's unfurnished room.
Will add more pictures in the coming days.
Spacious double room with two built in wardrobes and a sizable ensuite (some minor ventilation issues).
Large shared living room/kitchen area with big french doors and a balcony (view of BAE systems 💀).
Will be looking at getting new furniture as flatmate will be taking theirs away
Overall great flat, quite well insulated in these cold winter days.
Bills are quite reasonable atm as I'm rarely home, but council tax is quite high (band e i think).
This is an lgbtq+ friendly flat, and no bigotry is welcome 🙂‍↕️.
I occasionally have friends/family over, but overall it's a quiet living situation.
Underground parking space reserved for the flat.
Minor issues with the wiring which causes occasional fuse trips (mainly washing machine, but just need to load it less and it's usually fine)
