Lovely modern flat in Glasgow’s West End close to the University and local bars and eateries. The flat is situated in a quiet street and has a private garden area and off road parking which are looked after by factors.
The flat also has an entry system for security and is well furnished with a double bed, mirrored fitted wardrobes and desk and lamp. All cutlery and crockery etc are supplied and there is microwave, coffee machine and air fryer available.
Current flatmate is a very sociable female medical student.
The flat has been recently renovated and both bathrooms are brand new. There is internet, gas central heating and a dishwasher and washer dryer.
The other student has an en-suite in her bedroom, meaning that the main bathroom would be almost exclusively for your use, unless visitors to the flat needed to use it.
Not looking for a party animal but for someone who is sociable and clean and tidy.
Bills would be for gas and electric and internet. Factoring is free though there is a small charge for the barrier operated off street parking. There is also ample on street parking.
