Double Room in a three bed shared flat

A double room is available within a 3-bed flat. The accomodation is well situated in the west end, 5 minutes walk from the University of Glasgow, 10 mins to either Kelvinhall or Hillhead subway stations and shops, cafes and bus stops are very close.

I am moving out so looking for a new person to take my room. The other flatmates are chill and would require someone who is clean and considerate of others. Both students and professionals are welcome but professionals should note that it's a band D property for council tax purposes

The room in particular is quite big and also comes with a closet. There is no living room but the kitchen is quite big and comes with a dinning table/area. Amenities include fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.
