Spacious king bed room opposite Kelvingrove Park

I'm heading to Germany on exchange from Strathclyde and need someone to take my room for the semester.

The flat is lovely, and I'm not just saying that. It's directly opposite Kelvingrove Park, and each room has lots of natural light and its own toilet.

The kitchen is stocked well and designed well, and the living room is very spacious and provides a great view of the Kelvingrove Tennis courts, the cool Gilbert Scott building that lights up, and even the hills far into the horizon.

We are all close friends in the house, so would be looking for someone that's comfortable with a sociable and active flat, there's always something going on - but everyone has their own space when needed. They're all lovely and genuine people, we like to cook together, watch stuff together, listen to music together. That kind of stuff.

We're looking for someone who's relatively clean and tidy, open to getting to know everyone, and comfortable with a flat where people hang out together. You don't need to be the most outgoing person (trust me, sometimes it gets too much for me too), just someone who'd be up for joining in sometimes.

Important: You'd need to meet the flatmates before anything's confirmed - they're the ones living with you day-to-day, so they need to be comfortable too.
