The flat is situated in a strategic area of Woodlands, offering the possibility to walk to both the town and the west end with no need to take public transports. However, St Georges Cross, the closest subway station, is 4 minutes' walk, while Charing Cross train station is 10 minutes' walk.

The entire flat, including the en-suite room, was freshly repainted in September, and a new floor was installed last year.

The flat includes an en-suite double bedroom with a Juliet balcony; the bathroom was refurbished two years ago. There is also another double bedroom, occupied by myself, with a separate external bathroom. The flat is situated on the last (4th) floor of a modern building with a lift, and is equipped with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, electric ceramic hob, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, mixer. The building facilities are: lift; common large terrace/garden accessible at floor 1; covered garage with a private box for a car, accessible via an electronic gate.

Info about me: I'm a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Economics at the University of Strathclyde. In my free time here I am used to go to the gym (less than 2 mins far from the flat). I also sail and motorcycle, which is why I go back to Italy at least once per month.
