Double room in West End Flat

I'm looking for someone to take a double room in my flat in the West End. It's an extremely convenient spot, right next to Kelvinbridge subway station. It's a three bed flat, though I will be keeping the third room as a spare for visiting friends. There's a large combined kitchen/dining room and separate living room. I keep my bike in the hallway of the flat and would be happy for you to keep yours there too.

I'm pretty social and keen on anything sporty/outdoors. I spend a lot of the time I'm not working up in the highlands. I work as a doctor in GRI so am often out of the flat during the day, though sometimes I'm working nights and weekends.

All bills included, fast broadband (360Mbps download when tested). The flat is cleaned by a cleaner every 2 weeks, this is also included. It is optional whether your room is included in the cleaning or not.

Council tax band C (though this will be included in rent).
