Hi I’m Darren, I’m 25 and work in software.
With my current flatmate moving out, im looking for a replacement from the beginning of January, the move in date is flexible around this time.
The room is a spacious double bedroom with a large built in wardrobe and big bright windows. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the flat is fully furnished.
The flat itself is really nice big and bright in a great location. Huge comfy couch for relaxing on and plenty storage all throughout. It gets a lot of sun throughout the year especially in the living room.
5 min walk to St Georges cross subway
10 min walk to charing cross
Permitted street parking
Rent is £700, the rest of the bills are just under £200 each (CT, gas electric + wifi)
Ideally im looking for a working professional looking to stay more long term.
Im fairly easy going and like to keep to myself but do enjoy having a chat, going to the pub, watching a film and getting outdoors on the weekends even for a coffee if the weather isnt great.
