Located a stone throws away from the beautiful River Kelvin walkway, linking directly to the Botanic Gardens, and further along the walkway to Kelvingrove Park, Kelvinbridge Underground (20 minutes’ walk) and the cafés, bakeries, and shops of Great Western Road. The vibrant amenities of Byres Road are also just a 10 minutes’ walk away, with Byres Road Underground a 15 minutes’ walk. The University of Glasgow is only a 15 minutes beautiful walk away, also accessible via the River Kelvin walkway and Botanic Gardens.

The flat is less than an hour's drive from the stunning nature of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs national park, and just under an hour's drive or train to Edinburgh.
