Spacious double bedroom in a cosy flat

My flatmate will move out in the middle of January to another country. I am looking for a tidy flatmate, respectful of our privacy, and hopefully friendly.
I'm clean and responsible. I enjoy socialising however, I also keep quiet at night. I work in tech and hydrid, but tend to go to the office during winter.
It is not suitable for students due to the council tax. The total bill is roughly 150, higher if we turn on the heaters more.
The flat is furnished both in your room and in the kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walking to the subway and buses to the city centre and close to supermarkets too, 5-15 minutes walking. And the landlord is so nice, also lives close and is happy to help to fix anything.
