The flat is in an ideal location just off Byres Rd near the GU campus, and a 3 min walk from Hillhead subway station, so it's extremely well-connected and easy to get around Glasgow. There are plenty of shops, pubs and cafes within a 5 min walking distance, with a larger Lidl a 13 min walk away.

The flat has a large kitchen with a retro gas stove, a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage space in the cupboards and fridge-freezer.

The flat has access to a shared courtyard with a laundry line, which is lovely to spend time in during the summer.

The flat also has a modern bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Rent is £620 per month and bills average at about £35 in the summer to £65 in the winter depending on the amount of heating used (WiFi included).

We are three friendly students studying film, computer science/psychology and communication design, and we like to have a social and relaxed atmosphere in the flat. We are looking for another student, as we don't pay council tax.
