I’m looking for someone to take over a spacious double room in a bright, high-ceilinged flat just a 5-minute walk from the Botanics. The flat is in a quiet area, with a modern kitchen, a comfortable shared living room, and loads of storage throughout.

About Me
I’m 27, working full-time as a professional. Weeknights are usually pretty chilled, and at weekends I’m often out in the hills, mountaineering, skiing, or meeting friends for a few drinks. I’m happy being social around the flat but also very easy about people doing their own thing.

No preference on age, and I’m totally fine if you WFH or not. Just after someone who’s relaxed, friendly, and easy to live with.
