Description
I’m very sad to be leaving this genuinely stunning flat as I’m relocating for work, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room.
The flat is a spacious ground-floor property in Kelvinside, just a 5-minute walk to Byres Road, Great Western Road, and the Botanic Gardens, and around 10 minutes to Kelvinbridge subway and 12 minutes to Hillhead. The location is ideal and there is also on street parking (permitted).
The flat itself is bright, beautifully decorated, and extremely well looked after — it’s honestly the nicest place I’ve ever lived. It has tonnes of artwork, a standalone piano, a large and light-filled kitchen, a shared living room, two bathrooms (including a bath), and access to a gorgeous shared garden. The neighbours are friendly and the flat is quiet despite being so central.
My room is spacious, bright, and overlooks the garden, making it a lovely, peaceful space.
You’d be sharing with my lovely current flatmate, a working professional and musician, and we’re also looking for a second housemate as the other tenant is moving to Australia. The vibe in the flat is relaxed, social, and friendly — lots of shared meals, movie nights, spontaneous trips to local pubs, bars and gigs, and the occasional night out, while still respecting each other’s space.
Looking for a like-minded, considerate, social person who wants a comfortable home rather than just a room.
If you’re interested, please get in touch with a bit about yourself — we’d love to hear from you.
