I am looking for a new flatmate to rent a bedroom of around 15 sqm, that will be available from around New Year (date flexible/negotiable). It is part furnished with a bed, bookcase and small table. Your share of the rent would come in at roughly £385. Council tax is £98 and bills average £40, pp pcm. The property benefits from gas central heating and mobile broadband but no tv or landline. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher in it.

The flat, located an 8 minute walk from Kelvinbridge Station, is officially a 1 bedroom flat, but both main rooms are currently being used as bedrooms with the generous dining kitchen and recently redecorated bathroom functioning as communal areas. The flat has a bohemian vibe and is a little rough around the edges, yet not in a bad state. It is situated on a residential street with open views towards Park Circus and the university.

The available room would be allowed to be (sensibly) decorated so plenty opportunity to make it more your own. You would be sharing the flat with me, a creative professional who works in the area, is part of the LGBTQ community and who has strong ties with the creative and cultural sectors. I'm pretty laid back, social and tidy and I like being active. I have an international background but am very much established here, having spent 12 years living in Glasgow.

I have a slight preference for LGBTQ and vegetarian leaning people but would never exclude anyone else with good vibes and that I click with.
