Double Bedroom Available In West End Flat

I'm looking for someone to takeover my double room in a five-bedroom flat as soon as possible!

It's in Hillhead, Glasgow, a 2 min walk from the uni library, and 7 minutes from the Subway. The other flat mates are a mix of students and professionals.

Rent is £520/month, bills about £25 and council tax band E, so roughly £47.50. Deposit £600.

It's got lovely high ceilings and is in a nice area! As with many tenements, unfortunately if food is left out a lot there can be an issue with mice, so ideally looking for someone who is happy to clear away their meals/cooking each day.

Everyone living here are very nice and sociable, but very understanding when you're not up for a chat! All the flatmates are lgbtq+, so looking for another lovely queer person. The doors are heavy and block a lot of sound so I don't tend to hear anything from other rooms unless I'm in shared spaces.

It's a 5 bed flat on the second floor (up 4 flights of stairs) with no lift. It's also up a hill. The kitchen is nice and big and has a dining room table with 5 chairs and lots of storage space, a fridge, a freezer, oven, microwave and a washing machine. There's a shower bath, toilet and sink in the bathroom, and a sofa in the large entry hall.

The room itself is nice and spacious, with a small sofa, desk, and plenty of storage space.
