Sunny two-bed flat, situated near the Kelvin River walkway, available for up to 12 months. Contains: a kitchen/living room, double bedroom and large office (could be a 2nd bedroom). You will be renting off the current tenant, Louise, with the agreement of the landlord. The flat is furnished, but with space for some of your own furniture if you require, and could come with or without pots & pans, utensils etc. I am ideally looking for someone to take my flat for the 12 months, but would only ask for a commitment of one month, with one-month's notice.

The flat is in a quiet building, with great neighbors, and is ideally placed for walking to the Byres Road and Glasgow University (just 20 minutes along the river).

Bills, inc council tax, will be around £400 per month, and depending on your requirements could remain in my name.
