Double room available

I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate's contract after she leaves at the end of December. I am in my final year of my PhD (in Chemistry) and I spend most of my day at uni. When I'm home, I'm mostly minding my own business in my room.

The property is in council tax band E. Bills for internet and everything else come up to 120 pounds/month which we would split in half. The building is new and the interior is modern. It is located 5-10 min walking from UofG, nearest Lidl and Morrisons and Partick train station.

The flat is unfurnished but basic amenities such as washing machine and dishwasher are included. The neighbors are generally quiet and respectful.

I am looking for a relatively chill, neat and relaxed flatmate, no tendencies for parties (occasional guests are welcome) or late night shenanigans.
