Room in 3 bedroom student flat in the West End

Students only for council tax reasons!

It’s a lovely little flat just off of Argyle street in Finnieston. There are plenty of bars, shops and supermarkets within a 1 minute walk and Kelvingrove park is just down the road too 💚 I love this area and its summer is especially beautiful. It’s also super close to Glasgow Uni, about a 10 minute walk, and around 20 minutes walk to Glasgow School of Art. It’s pretty central, Glasgow Central station/Charing cross station are also around 20 minutes walk away and they can get u to lots of places! 🕰️

Your room will come with a bed, mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe and mirror (as seen in photos) there are also some small shelves in the living room not being used which would be perfect for books etc 📚

There’s a washing machine, shower and bath, living room has a sofa with a coffee table and dining table and chairs and also a disco ball 🪩 The living room is otherwise a little empty right now and I’d love to brighten it up a little bit with some plants and cushions and stuff 🪴

You’ll be living with me (Asya, sound production student) and Kirsten, film student. Both of us are at college and also have jobs in hospitality 🎵 🎥

I’ve been living here for a few months and Kirsten has just moved in, we’re looking for someone to fill the room as soon as possible! Move in date is any time from the 6th of January.

We both keep to ourselves cause we have busy lives but are social around the house, friendly and communicative and help each other out if needed.

We share responsibility for cleaning, taking bins out etc. We also take it in turns to buy household essentials like washing up stuff and loo roll 🧻 🫧 when a new person moves in I’ll make a weekly cleaning rota for the kitchen, bathroom and living room - the previous housemate did this and it worked really well 🩵 keeps things balanced - and clean!

The rent is £600 per month and bills are £30- £70 a month each - more in winter of course ❄️

WiFi will be £8 a month or something. We’re just about to have a new one installed 👾
