Bedroom in shared West End flat

I am moving out and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The flat is extremely affordable for the fantastic location, just across the road from the university library. It is a shared flat with 2 others. My other flatmate is also moving out so I don’t currently have information on who your 3rd flatmate will be, but the existing tenant is a 24 year old woman, in her final year at Glasgow. There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, and large living/dining room. Not shown in the photos is the desk and chair which will be staying but I can ask for more pictures! My contract will end on the 14th feb however if you need to move in sooner we could try and arrange that.
