Description
We have a spacious and comfortable double bedroom available in a non-smoking three-bedroom flat with a large living room. We’re looking for someone to rent the room on a temporary basis until June.
The flat is located in the Woodlands area of Glasgow, just a 10–15 minute walk from the University of Glasgow and a 10-minute walk from the Glasgow School of Art. There’s a small Sainsbury’s nearby, along with some great local pubs, and a PureGym only two minutes away.
My flatmate and I are both male students at GSA. We’re respectful and sociable, enjoy going out occasionally but also appreciate quiet nights in. We don’t host parties and value a relaxed, private living space.
The flat has fast, free broadband, and the room is available immediately.
