Cute flat in Glasgow west end!

Hi my name is Liz and I’m looking for a female roommate to share my flat in Glasgow west end. It’s a two bed two bath new build in the heart of the west end. It’s right by Glasgow university and only a few minute walk to Kelvinbridge subway station.

The room comes with a brand new mattress and bed frame as well as a closet. There’s space for a desk and drawers if needed. You’ll also have access to the communal kitchen (fully equipped) and the master bathroom (shower and bath) to yourself. The living room is furnished and has a balcony overlooking Kelvingrove park. All bills including council tax, wifi, amenities would be included in rent (£850).

You would be living with me, the homeowner. I’m a young professional that recently graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I love to go out to nice places to eat, dinner parties, travel, Pilates but also love a quiet night in watching Netflix.

I’m looking for someone that would like to socialise as well as just being roommates. I prioritise a clean space so that would also have to be important to you!
