I’m looking for a flatmate to share my lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat in Kelvindale.
The flat is on the second floor, fully furnished, and filled with natural light. It’s located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, ideal if you value a calm home environment. Transport links are excellent: just a couple of minutes’ walk to nearby bus stops and a train station with direct connections to Glasgow Queen Street, making it easy to get around Glasgow and beyond. The flat is also around a 25-minute walk to Byres Road in the West End, so it would suit uni students as well. Parking is available.
A bit about me: I’m a working HR professional and work from home three weekdays a week. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, listening to music, and baking. I like my home to be clean and tidy, and I’m looking for a flatmate who shares those values and is mindful of shared spaces—especially during the working week.
Ideally, I’m looking for a professional or professional student who is considerate, responsible, and easy-going, but I’m open to anyone who feels like a good fit.
