📍 Location: Oban Drive, G20, Glasgow. A small Tesco is 2 minutes away, while Waitrose, Hillhead subway station, large Maryhill Tesco Extra, and University are all within 15 minutes of walking.

💲 Bills: included, except council tax which is £92.5/month without discounts (£0 for students).

👀 About Me: Working professional, graduated from Glasgow Uni with a PhD, Polish but grew up internationally. I run, play badminton, go to the gym, read, go out, write, game, learn new things, and watch anime. I work from home with flexible work hours and I cook pretty much all the food I eat, so I hope you don't mind me occupying a lot of kitchen space :)

🔎 Looking for: a friendly and fairly clean flatmate to get along with. Someone who doesn't stay home all the time and who doesn't mind me working from home. Strongly prefer international flatmates (foreigners). Prefer working professionals or postgraduate students. You have to meet the letting agency's financial requirements, so you either need a guarantor, references, or to pay rent in 6 month chunks. I have an ensuite bathroom so there's no strong gender preference.
