The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, sink and storage and the bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, storage cupboard , sink and toilet. The rent is £550 per month and all bills total
£40 a month. Council tax currently totals £57 (band D) , as a student you can apply for exemption/reduction. The landlady is looking for a female flatmate. This flat is on the doorstep of all the cafes, pubs and shops Byres Road and the west has to offer and is close to the uni and with good transport links to the city and beyond.
