Double room in Glasgow West End flat

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our bright and homely flat right in the centre of the West End. You’d be sharing with three women aged 25–26, all working full‑time — two in hospitality and one 9-5 hybrid who works from home a couple of days a week. We’re a sociable, easy‑going household that enjoys keeping the flat cosy, clean and comfortable.

As a flat we all enjoy fitness, live music, nights out and socialising, so this would suit someone who likes a mix of chilled evenings and fun plans, while still being respectful of each other’s space and routines.

The location is fab - we’re just a street over from Kelvinhall Subway Station and Sainsbury’s, and only a 10‑minute walk to Lidl in Partick, The Gym Group Hillhead, and the University of Glasgow. You’re also surrounded by everything the West End is known for: loads of pubs, bars, cafés and restaurants right on the doorstep.

Bills ~£70 a month each (not included in rent). Any students would have to contribute to council tax costs!
