Student Accomodation Kelvinhaugh Street

Hello! We are looking for two (individual or group) University of Glasgow postgraduates to take over our rooms in the university student accommodation, Kelvinhaugh Street. The flat has five rooms, three rooms are already taken. Rent is paid through instalments with the university payment plan, at £161.49 a week. All bills included, including internet.

The flat comes furnished and is located in a very convenient area (G3). It is 10 minute walk from the nearest Subway station (Kelvin Hall) and a few minutes' walk from three major bus lines. It is about a 15-20 minute walk away from the University, through Kelvingrove Park. 10 minutes from Lidl, with a Sainsbury's on the street.

The lease runs until September 9th. Move in ASAP, preferably!
