Student Accomodation Kelvinhaugh Street

Hello! We are looking for a University of Glasgow postgraduate to take over a room in the university student accommodation, Kelvinhaugh Street. The flat has five rooms, and the other flatmates are friendly and chill. All are postgraduates. Rent is paid through instalments with the university payment plan, at £161.49 a week. All bills included, including internet.

The flat comes furnished and is located in a very convenient area (G3). It is 10 minute walk from the nearest Subway station (Kelvin Hall) and a few minutes' walk from three major bus lines. It is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the University, through Kelvingrove Park. 10 minutes from Lidl, with a Sainsbury's on the street.

The lease runs until September 4th. Move in ASAP, preferably!
