Room for rent, lovely flat Dowanhill

Hello!

I have a lovely room for rent in a spacious, clean, and very quiet flat in the Dowanhill area of Glasgow. I live there myself, but am out all day most days, and only stay there a few times a week. I have a couple of horses and am a teacher and private tutor, so I'm very busy!
I speak a few languages, primarily English, Spanish, and French, and I love travelling.

Looking for a professional lodger, not work from home unfortunately, but would consider a hybrid-working professional for a slightly higher price to incorporate more expensive bills.

Pets and animals ALWAYS welcome.

I have a parking space, which would be available to lodger during term time on an additional rental payment basis.
Paid street parking available outside flat.

I've been renting out the room for shorter periods of time, so would be happy with a short, or longer term lodger.
It will be available from March until the end of October, but I need it for one week in August for my family.

As I am busy, I have a cleaner who comes in once a week (included in rent as well as bills and internet).
There is a large kitchen and living room area, and a relaxation room. There is a shared shower but I'd just use my own en-suite toilet, bathroom sink etc.

Rules: No overnight guests, and quiet between 10pm and 7am.
