The bills are very cheap : 70 per person per month for council tax, and around 30 per person per month for electricity and gas (a bit more in winter, but still super cheap)

The flat is not double glazed but the electricity efficiency is A, so no problem turning on the heating. actually so nice when the sun is out and the room is so bright and warm!
