I’m planning to vacate my Studio room (only for students) earlier than expected. So it is available April onwards, till end of August but you can choose to renew if you’d like. Rent is £278 per week so £1112 per month, but since I need to find a replacement fast I’m lowering it to £800 (all inclusive of wifi, electricity, amenities). It is a big spacious room, with a kitchen and an en-suite bathroom. Big study, and plenty of storage space. The property is just a 15 min walk from the university, through the Kelvingrove park. Comes with access to a common room, library, gym, study room, and other amenities. 24/7 security.
