A double room in this gorgeous flat is available now, comes furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will have your own separate bathroom as well.

The accommodation comprises a bright and welcoming hallway, a stylish lounge ideal for both relaxing and entertaining with a large TV, a modern fitted dining kitchen, Large windows allow for excellent natural light throughout, enhancing the sense of space and comfort.

You will be living with a working professional who mostly WFH with my office desk in the lounge. So I would ideally prefer someone who does not work from home. But not a non negotiable.
Also, keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy is important to me, taking turns with emptying the bins, loading and unloading the dishwasher etc. I would prefer someone who is considerate, kind and empathetic. This is not a party flat, but Im happy if you want to host friends for dinner etc.
