Join Our Vibrant Community House in Glasgow

We share a large community house in Glasgow's West End, near the Botanics and are seeking new members to join our dynamic and supportive household.

In various formations, we’ve spent over three years creating a close-knit community. We share meals, chores, and our daily lives. We make decisions together and enjoy activities, outings, co-working, and projects. We're also in the exciting process of registering as a housing cooperative, with plans to purchase a property close by.

We have three rooms available, one as a sublet and two as a permanent room.

The first permanent room is available from 7st of April. It costs £535. Bills range from approx. £40-85 p/er month, weather dependent, inc. council tax and internet.

The second permanent room is available from the 1st May. It costs £605. It's a large, garden facing toom. Bills range from approx. £40-85 p/er month, weather dependent, inc. council tax and internet.

The sublet is available from April 19th till September 1st (with some flexibility on either side) It is a double room, facing the garden, and costs £605 plus bills.

As the house is across two floors, it’s not accessible. Benefits seem okay so far, message for more details. We are open to discussing pets, however we already have two very delightful cats.
