Bills are on a smart meter so change week to week but £50 lasts us about 5-6 weeks. The council tax is around £100 per person.
I'm a teacher so I'm not in a huge amount. On the weekends I'm usually decompressing from the week or hiking with friends. I'm pretty laid back and will happily respect your space, but ideally I'm looking for someone relaxed who enjoys nights watching bad reality tv, getting dinner, or going for drinks etc.
The deposit was set by the estate agent but I get that it's a lot. Happy to work with the right person on this as long as you can put up at least half of it!
