Room available from June on Berkeley St !

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from early summer. You would be living with 6 other lovely flatmates in a spacious, two-story apartment.

Here’s some details:
- Top floor bedroom (Room 6)
- Direct sunlight
- Double bed
- Fully furnished
- Shared bathroom between 3
- Shared kitchen/living room
- Recently refurbished
- 15 min walk to UofG (through KG park yay)
- 5 min walk fo Charing Cross train station
- Lots of close-by shops and restaurants as located in the trendy Finnieston area
- Directly opposite one of the best cafés in the world (Ottoman coffeehouse) 🤭
- Bills are payed separately but split 7-ways they are pretty cheap !

The exact date that the room will become available is unknown, as it relies on when I am able to move, but it would roughly be between the end of May-July.

I was hoping to have someone lined up to move in prior to this so that you can view and meet the rest of the flat in good time :)
