3-bed flat on Church Street, 10mins walk from UofG

Seeking 1 more flatmate to join my 3-bedroom ground-floor flat in a fantastic location. This is an HMO licensed property.

Looking for someone friendly aged 19-25, preferably female, clean and tidy, and easy to get on with. Student preferred, but anyone is welcome.

£575 rent pcm, NOT including bills (roughly + £70pcm).

We are two female 3rd-year (going into 4th) Zoology students from the University of Glasgow. I have stayed here for 2 years already, 2nd flatmate is new and will also be moving in by June 1st.

We are situated on Church Street, just a 10-minute walk to JMS, a 5-minute walk to Kelvinhall subway station, 10-minute walk to Lidl, Morrisons, and Partick train station. There are many bus stops nearby which allow quick and easy journeys into town, Braehead, and towards Clydebank. There are many restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby, as very close to Byres Road and Dumbarton Road.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, ladder shelves, nightstand, mirror, desk and chair. The unit with the record player on it and the rug are not included. It is bright and airy, with good light coming in during the day.

1 spacious, shared bathroom with a bath + shower.

The kitchen has plenty of storage, a glass top stove, oven and fridge (the freezer is in the cupboard).

We use a fold-away dining table and chairs due to no dining/lounge space; it has worked well for us, and is good for saving space in the hall.

No pets, sorry.

The flat has gas central heating.
