Looking for a flatmate in the west end!

Would be looking for someone to either move into my current flat, or share another flat together! Would also be open to finding other flatmates aswell to share a bigger flat.

The flat is very well maintained, the living room is furnished and has a dining table. You would need to furnish your own room, however it has a built in double wardrobe with small drawers already!

I’m going into 3rd year at UofG and am very tidy, clean and respectful of shared space. I’m outgoing and would love to do things together, from nights in watching films to going on nights out I’m really up for anything. I do appreciate my time to myself aswell though.

The landlord is also great which is a plus! We’ve had very very few issues with the flat so far, but he is very quick and efficient at dealing with any problems that do occur.
