West End Room (En-suite, + Living room)

I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy for a room in an HMO flat as I am moving away. The flat currently has 4 people who are 4th/5th year students so ideally the new tenant would be a student for council tax reasons.

The room is large, with a king size bed, walk in wardobe, lots of storage space and an incredible view of Kelvingrove park. There is an ensuite attached to the room with a bath, shower, toilet and sink.

The flat itself is spacious, with two floors (3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and the kitchen downstairs. All of the tenants get on very well and between us all there is almost always a supply of baked goods!
