Flatmate needed - Double room in West End

Hi! Me and my flatmate are looking for someone to take over our old flatmates tenancy in our beautiful 3 bed flat. It’s right near the university, looking out into Kelvingrove. We are 2 history students who love coffee dates, pub trips and a good chat in the kitchen. We have a small living room but it's great for little get togethers etc. We are both in sports clubs so often have people over so a potential flatmate would need to be prepared for some chaos every now and then. We are looking for someone who is easy-going, fairly clean and tidy and who would want to socialise and have fun with us!
Council tax band is unknown- as we're looking for a student to move in they would be able to get a council tax exemption from the university.
