Looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to move into the newly available room in our 3 bedroom flat located in North Kelvinside, about 15-20 minute walk from the University of Glasgow.

We are currently 2 guys and a girl, all in our 20s. Girl is moving out so we now have a room available.
Environment in the flat is friendly and respectful, so ideally you will bring the same energy 😃
And also… please only enquire only if you are clean and tidy.

The flat has the following amenities:
- 2 bathrooms
- Washing Machine
- Tumble Dryer (High efficiency and low run cost)
- Kitchen with electric hobs and oven

Bills are usually £60 per month and council tax is £66 per month (unless you are a student - council tax does not apply if you are a student!)
