Both the flat and available room are very light and spacious. The room has great storage as well.
Rent is £700pcm, council tax £75 and bills vary between £40 - £80pp depending on the time of year. Broadband is included in the price of the rent.
Looking for a friendly young professional to take over the tenancy, extra points if you like cheese and wine!
