Lovely Cozy Sublet - Glasgow West End

Hello!

I am moving to the Isle of Lewis for a school placement and will be subletting my room for 8-9 weeks while I am away from May 17-July 17. My flatmates Holly and Maria are great and happy to have someone while I am gone.

The flat is located in Finnieston just outside Kelvingrove park. 10 minutes walking time to Glasgow Uni and just over 5 minutes to exhibition center train station (trains to Glasgow center every 10 minutes, ride takes 3 minutes). There is a bus stop just outside the flat going directly into city center and another 1 minute walking distance going to Glasgow airport and Buchanan bus station.

Small Tesco and Saintsburys 1 minute by foot each and Lidl 7 minutes away. The vibrant area in the middle of the West End has lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby to explore but because we are on the top floor and have double glazed windows you don’t hear much from outside.

The room comes fully furnished (you can see how I decorated the room in some of the pictures) with a big wardrobe, double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and a shelf. The widow faces north so it doesn't get too hot in the summer, but also gets great light.

The kitchen is well equipped with all kitchen supplies needed (even a dishwasher!!), a laundry machine, plenty of shelf space and a large dining table for hosting or eating together. The living room is spacious and faces south. It has a TV, two comfy armchairs and a couch.

Holly and Maria are both lovely people to live with and are both clean and friendly. We are a social flat but also respectful of each other’s space and privacy. I have lived in the flat for 1.5 years and absolutely love it and the location.

I will be subletting for £630 bills included.
