Bright Short-Medium Term Let En-Suite Double Room

I've recently bought a two bed flat with a balcony, 15mins north of the Botanic Gardens. The flat is still a work in progress (e. g. no shelves yet or curtains in living room!), but it is cosy, warm, clean and really bright and sunny flat that is easy to move into☀️

The room being let has an in-built wardrobe and it's own en-suite, and would come with a bed and mattress. It also comes with a parking space that I don't currently use.

I am looking for a wholesome energy to share this new space with and to help me keep making it home 🏡 it is in a really peaceful and safe location along the canal, and just opposite Ruchill park.

I'm usually in the office 5 days a week, and often away at the weekends, so you'd often have the flat to yourself, but otherwise I love cooking and going out for a drink, a run or a coffee and a mooch, a hike, a gig, a sauna swim etc, and hope we'd get to do that some of that together.

I will happily consider couples as it's a lovely chilled flat and I'm often not here, so it shouldn't get too cramped, but we'd then split the cost 60:40 rather than 50:50. But individuals obviously super welcome too!
