Double Room in North Kelvinside

Double bedroom available to rent - furnished with a bed/mattress, two nightstands, desk and chair, full-length mirror, and built-in wardrobe. South-facing, so warm and bright when the sun hits!
Kitchen and living room will be shared. Bathroom is technically shared, but I have an ensuite so it’d mostly be yours!
I work four days a week, 8:30am-7pm, and spend most of my days off at home. I like to wander about and visit local cafes, read in the park, or visit the cinema if I’m going out.
Rent is inclusive of bills. Council tax band is D. Would prefer female lodger, but not a hard and fast rule, and preferably not those who work at home. I'm vegan so vegan/veggie preferred, but again not a rule!

In the flat:
- Appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle
- Living room: TV, two sofas, Blu-ray player
- Heating in all rooms
- Fibre optic broadband

Nearby amenities:
- Tesco Express at bottom of street, Tesco Extra and Waitrose within 10 minutes walk
- Hillhead and Kelvinbridge subway stations (approx 15 mins walk)
- Bus stop at bottom of street
- Botanic Gardens and Kelvin Walkway nearby
