Top floor tenement - double room

Furnished double room available in a very spacious and bright top floor tenement flat. The flat has two bedrooms and a shared hallway, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is an additional close shared between this and the adjacent flat. The view is fantastic and with so many windows, the flat gets nice and toasty when the sun comes out. It is a ten minute walk from Maryhill tesco, and less than that to Byres/Great Western Road. The North Kelvin meadow is a lovely peaceful wee green area on the same street.

I am currently studying an MRes in Ecology & Environmental Biology at UofG, finishing in September. I'd like to think that I'm tidy, respectful and sociable and would appreciate living with someone similar. Although biased, the flat is in decent nick and I love living here. My lovely girlfriend is also around every once in a while.

Please note that as I am a student until September, I am exempt from paying council tax until then. Ideally, whoever moves in would therefore either be a student also terminating study in September, or a non-student comfortable covering the full council tax (-25% discount) until then. The flat is council tax band D.
