Bright south-facing double room with your own shower room available in a really nice top floor duplex flat in Kirklee (G12), just by the Botanics and a short walk to Byres Road.

It’s a big place (around 2400 sq ft) over two levels, so there’s a good amount of space and privacy. Your bedroom and bathroom are on a different level to mine, which works well.

The room itself is large and gets loads of natural light. There’s a shared kitchen, living room and dining space, plus access to a big shared garden. It’s a quiet building with good neighbours.

A bit about me — I’m pretty easygoing, into cycling and cooking, and tend to keep things fairly relaxed at home. Not a party flat, more somewhere comfortable to unwind.

Bills (gas, electricity, broadband) are included. Council tax band E (not included).

Looking for someone tidy and considerate who’s after a calm, easy place to live. Happy with someone who works from home some of the time.
