Two bed flat in the west end, near great western road and a short work from maryhill lidle.
Rent: £600
Bills: not included - estimated maybe £50 or so over summer maybe a bit more when including WiFi
Council tax band : C - £105 each most months

My flatmate is moving out and ideally wants to go by the 20th of may (but this can be negotiated a bit).

Flat is rented through letting agency, so sadly there is paperwork that needs to be done if your interested, not 100% sure what this will entail, however will likely be landlord references, payslips etc. bit of a pain.

About me

I’m a research masters student - writing up at the end so having to pay council tax - and work in hospitality.

I like to read and cut about the west end in my fee time, not a history student but love reading history especially medieval or Iron Age antiquity. My favourite author is Iain Banks and my favourite book is the leopard. I enjoy watching tv in the flat in the evening (flat has a fire stick).
