3-month sublet in 2 Bed flat, Partick

Hi there!
I’m looking to sublet my room from the beginning of June until the end of August or early September (flexible dates).

I’d love to find someone kind, tidy, clean, respectful, and comfortable caring for a few plants while staying here :) Since I’ll be away temporarily, some of my belongings will still be in the room, so I’m looking for someone who won’t mind that and will treat the space with care.

The flat is a 5-minute walk from Kelvinhall subway station and Partick station, with lots of shops, cafés, and everything you need nearby. It’s a lovely neighbourhood with a great atmosphere.

Bills/council tax/etc. come to £151.50 per month, bringing the total monthly cost to £814.50.
