Flatmate required in 4-bedroom flat

The three of us are all students at the University of Glasgow. We are laid back but do enjoy nights out every so often.

We are signing the contract for the flat by the end of next week (15/06) and one of our flatmates just dropped out.

The flat has two main bathrooms and an ensuite in one of the large bedrooms. Two large bedrooms, a living room/kitchen with an island and a balcony.
There is an elevator in the building with working buzzers on the outside door.
