Lovely Finneston Flat

Really lovely room in a shared flat in trendy Finneston. *Female student preferred*. Regent Moray Street.  Directly opposite Kelvin Grove Gallery and park. It is a safe area and very vibrant. 15 mins walk to the University of Glasgow. The room has been redecorated and furnished with lovely IKEA furniture. There is a double bed with big under bed storage drawers, a washing machine and tumble dryer, all less than a year old. The flat is very well maintained too. There is also a shared kitchen and bathroom. You will be sharing with two other lovely female University of Glasgow  students, one of them being my daughter,. Both girls are clean, tidy, chilled out, but hard working. They are responsible, but  like lots of fun too. Room available from 1 July, but an earlier date could be open to negotiation.
